These terms cover your use of the Tidify app and this website. By using Tidify you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Tidify is licensed, not sold, to you. Your licence is Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies in full. The terms on this page sit alongside it and cover the service Tidify provides. Where the two conflict on licence matters, Apple's agreement governs.
You photograph a space; a Google Gemini model reads the photo and returns a suggested list of tidying tasks with time estimates. These are suggestions generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your space. Use your own judgement — particularly around anything heavy, fragile, electrical, or hazardous. Tidify is a planning aid, not professional advice, and we don't warrant that any plan is accurate, complete, or safe for your circumstances.
The photos you take remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to upload, store, and process your photos so we can generate your plan and any preview image you ask for. We don't use your photos to train models, and we don't publish them. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy.
You confirm you have the right to photograph and upload the spaces you scan.
Tidify can optionally pause apps you choose on your own device during a tidying session, using Apple's Screen Time framework. You select those apps through Apple's own system picker, so Tidify never learns which ones you picked. This feature only ever affects the device you set it up on. Tidify is not a parental-control or device-management product and must not be used to monitor or restrict anyone else.
Don't upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share, don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service, and don't use Tidify to build a competing model or dataset. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.
Tidify depends on services we don't control, including Apple's platforms and Google's Firebase and Gemini. The service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn; if we withdraw a paid feature materially, you may cancel and Apple's refund process remains open to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage to property arising from following a generated plan. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
